Wellspring Supported Outreach

Reeves

Spencer & Risa Reeves, Child Hope, Haiti Directors of Operations

Spencer and Risa's involvement with Child Hope began back in 2010 when they led a team to do relief work. In 2012, the Reeves family moved to Haiti to work alongside Child Hope, where Spencer worked as Team Coordinator. After that first year, they decided to branch out and serve with Ambassadors Football hosting summer soccer camps and mid-week soccer clinics, sharing the Gospel through sport. During that time Spencer has also served the last two years on the board at Quisqueya Chapel working to help build the local church. In 2016, Risa partnered with World Vision coordinating the very first Movement Day, in Port Au Prince.  The Reeves are serving from the United States at this time.

You can contact The Reeves Family via email @ Reevesmissions@gmail.com.

Reegan Lange (YWAM)

Reegan left to serve as a missionary for two years with Youth with a Mission (YWAM) Queenstown in New Zealand in April of 2024.  She will be staffing the July (2024) School giving her a unique opportunity to contribute to the community and share the message of hope and love that YWAM represents.  She will be actively training and mentoring 18-25 year olds to build their faith and serve in developing nations.  Reegan is excited to get to partner with an organization that values and goes and makes disciples of all nations as Jesus commanded.  YWAM does not provide finances for workers, so Reegan has to locate her own financial support.  Your support helps her concentrate on her mission.  Prayer is another way you can support her.

Checks can be made out to Wellspring Christian Fellowship.  Please put "Reegan-Missions" in the memo line of your hand written check or in the account field of a bill pay check from online banking.  If you would like to receive her newsletters email the church at office@ellensburgwellspring.com.

For the past 50 years, Friends in Service to Humanity (FISH) has been the resource for food and help to anyone in Kittitas County who is hungry and in need of a friend. Since 1971, FISH has been a collaboration of available resources to assure no one in Kittitas County goes to bed hungry and anyone has the opportunity to improve their quality of life.

Founded as a collaboration between a number of Churches in Kittitas County, FISH remains true to the values of service to our community and commitment to anyone needing help. Our mission and beliefs guide the actions of staff, volunteers, including our board members, and is at the heart of all services offered by the organization.

FISH partners in the community share our values and commitment to improving our community-at-large. Our programs and services are intentionally directed at strengthening resources that are available for the most vulnerable among us, especially seniors and children.

YoungLives NW

YoungLives clubs are regular gatherings with parenting teenagers and mentors with the support of childcare workers and various community help. Clubs meet around the world offering fun, laughter, encouragement and an inspirational message.  Other YoungLives activities may include Bible study, group outings and life skill instruction.  YoungLives mentors show they care by going where kids are, meeting them as they are, and believing in who they can be.

Child Hope

Child Hope ministers to orphans and widows in their distress by transitioning children from orphanages into loving families. We do this through Christ-centered care, training, and social work.  Their vision is no more "orphans" in Haiti.
